Golf Club of Georgia Wedding, Alpharetta, Georgia

Our wedding couple searched several venues and could not find “the one” until they visited The Golf Club of Georgia in Alpharetta, Georgia. None of the venues felt right to them, but once they saw the Golf Club they were hooked. Since the groom played Golf it was an obvious choice for them!

They told us they wanted to get married as soon as possible and once the venue was booked we went right to work. We provided them with our preferred vendor list and they began their homework. Immediately choosing Glorious Moments to capture the photography and Bloomin’ Bouquets to provide the floral design! They had seen The Emerald Empire Band at the groom’s sister’s wedding so they knew they wanted them for their wedding, check another vendor off the list! We were on a roll. We had monthly phone call check-ins to see how the planning was going and kept them on track to check off the next vendors on the list. Hair and Makeup, Videography, and Cake.

All were completed within the first few months of planning! As a teacher, our bride did not have much time during the day for phone calls with vendors, so we helped her by reaching out to the vendors first to find out their availability, saving her much time!

We created a customized checklist for the wedding couple to follow and provided helpful tips all through the planning process. We answered questions and gave advice when asked! We scheduled and coordinated the final vendors’ planning meeting one month before the wedding to wrap up the final plans.

As we approached the wedding day, we reviewed important key details and made updates as necessary. On the wedding day, our team coordinated and executed all of the plans and kept all of the vendors on track with our extremely detailed Timeline of the day. On the wedding day, our team of professionals also provided undivided attention and service to our couple. In the end, our couple was extremely grateful for the services we provided before and on their wedding day!
