Olivia and Trent's Vision: A Timeless and Tailored Celebration
Classic, elegant, and timeless was the aesthetic for Olivia and Trent's gorgeous St. Regis Atlanta wedding. The black-tie wedding included bridesmaids dressed in black gowns, groomsmen in black tuxedos, a black and white checkered dance floor, black monogrammed cocktail napkins, and personalized black matchbooks. All accented by lush white florals and greenery, to create a look that was both dramatic and beautiful. Every detail, from the stationery to the late-night bites, was thoughtfully designed to be cohesive, personal, and utterly chic.

Reception Key Design & Decor Elements: 
During cocktail hour, guests had the experience of ringing a bell through a wall to order a glass of champagne! A white-gloved hand appeared through the gold curtain on the boxwood wall to hand the guests their beverage. Photos were snapped to create a fun moment to remember!

The Look: Classic
Bloomin Bouquets created floral arrangements that included classic roses, calla lilies, and structural hydrangeas, mixed with diverse greenery like eucalyptus and magnolia leaves (a nod to the South). The guest tables in the ballroom were adorned with tall, sculptural floral centerpieces, which added height and drama. The design also included low, lush arrangements to allow for guest conversation. Candlelight was abundant throughout the ballroom and added a romantic, intimate feel. 

Reception Entertainment: High-Energy Band
The 8 South Band played a wide repertoire, from classic big band standards to modern hits, keeping the dance floor packed all night. Costumes, choreographed dances, and a horn section entertained the guests and kept the party going until the very end!

Photo Booth: Strike a pose
Forotbo provided the photobooth for guests to have a good time striking fun poses with props like sunglasses, funny signs, and feather boas. Another great experience for the guests to enjoy!

Signature St. Regis Experiences
A served dinner, table wine service, champagne sabrage, are the signature, personalized services provided by The St. Regis. Olivia and Trent, and their guests were able to thoroughly enjoy the experience of ultimate luxury during the wedding reception. 

Cigar and Bourbon Bar: Time for a special drink 
A perfect, sophisticated complement to the guest experience. The cigar and bourbon bar was located on the outdoor terrace, complete with a curated selection of the groom's favorite bourbon and high-quality cigars. 

The Grand Finale: Late Night Indulgence
After an evening of dinner and dancing, the evening culminated with a yummy and satisfying surprise for the guests. Mini Gourmet Burgers and Crispy Fries: Served in custom paper boxes with classic glass Coca-Cola bottles added a nostalgic, Atlanta-themed touch. 
To top it off, there was an assortment of Fresh-Baked Cookies to send guests off with a yummy, sweet treat!

To capture the moments of their wedding day, Zach Hawkins Photography and Kevin Hursh Films were there every step of the way to document the couple as they celebrated their marriage with all of their family and friends. 

Working with Olivia and Trent, we created a wedding that was impeccably styled, flowed seamlessly, and felt deeply personal. The result was an event where the couple and their guests would experience the quintessential luxury of a black tie fall wedding at the St. Regis, Atlanta.
