Summer Outdoor Wedding 
How important is the back up weather plan? Very!

CANOE

Our bride Emma had envisioned her wedding ceremony to take place outside with a garden style party reception under the tent to follow. The minute she saw Canoe, she fell in love with it. Located on the banks of the Chattahoochie River, Canoe has beautiful gardens, with colorful flowers and lush greenery. Perfect for an outdoor summer wedding! We had made a back up plan in case of rain. We rented market umbrellas for shade and rain! And if it was just sprinkling Emma was all for standing in the rain! But mother nature had other plans and it wasn't sprinkling, it was a full on torrential monsoon! We waited as long as we could and then we went into action with all of the vendors and the venue to move the ceremony under the tent. She was very calm and never stressed because we had a rain plan in place before her wedding day. Even though it did rain, thanks to her planner, Emma was still able to walk down the aisle to marry the love of her life John Riley!
