Long Distance Planning!
How we made the planning easy for our couple from out of state.

GREYSTONE AT PIEDMONT PARK

Our couple was living in South Carolina but wanted to have their wedding where they grew up and where their parents still lived. So Atlanta was the choice for them!

A spring outdoor ceremony was planned at a venue with a great backup plan in case of rain! The chosen venue was Greystone at Piedmont Park in Atlanta. Our couple loved the intown location with the outdoor park vibe.

Booking their vendors and planning the wedding long distance was easy to do using the Aisle Planner system that Gloria Schulz Events has in place. It is the online communication tool to keep all of the informaiton with those who involved in the wedding planning in one place. No scrolling through endless email threads or text messages.

The portal is available 24/7 so it is convenient for those couples who are super busy with work or unusual work hours. Like this couple!

Customized checklists, guest lists, floorplans, and vendor information are all in one place so it is easy to keep track of where they were in the planning process.
The phased based planning approach that Gloria Schulz Evens utilizies, keeps the planning simple by breaking it down into three distinct areas of planning, Again to make the planning easy and less overwhelming.

Zoom meetings and phone calls were added to keep track of the couples progress during the planning. Easy, simple and fun, that is how Gloria Schulz Events makes the wedding planning process work even if you are planning from a long distance!

"Gloria was our right-hand person, yet she allowed my daughter's vision to take shape. The bride and groom's wedding party remarked how wonderful our wedding planner and her entire team was at rehearsal and throughout the wedding day. They were present, taking care of timeline, venue set up, and details seamlessly and effortlessly. This allowed everyone to enjoy and stay in the moment."
