St. Regis Atlanta wedding was one for the record books! As an award winning, published wedding planner with an experienced team based in Atlanta, Georgia, whenever a wedding couple comes to us with a dream of a wedding at the St. Regis Atlanta, I jump at the opportunity to plan their wedding day. If you are looking for a timeless, classic wedding venue, but still want the ability to create a exceptional and memorable wedding for yourself, then the St. Regis Atlanta, located in Buckhead, Georgia should be on the top of your wedding venue list.
Looking back on some of the weddings my team at Gloria Schulz Events have planned and created, I fondly remember Natalie and Anthony’s St. Regis Atlanta Wedding. Growing up in the Atlanta area but now living and working in New York City, Natalie and Anthony wanted to have their wedding back near their childhood homes. Natalie reached out to me as she was deciding on the St. Regis. She was looking for our assistance as she was extremely busy with her career and attending graduate school.
At our first Zoom planning session, we created a plan for assembling a dream team of vendors who could provide the services that our couple requested. I can still smell the gorgeous floral arrangements provided by Andy Beach and Sejour Events. Beautiful combinations of fall foliage colors of terracotta, orange and green were incorporated into all of the floral decor. And Zach Hawkins captured the beauty of the design and the special moments of the St. Regis Atlanta wedding.
The couple chose to have a first look before the cermony, and Natalie also had a very special first look with her father and brother before she walked down the aisle. Tears were shed and and it was all captured by Zach Hawkins the photographer. The ceremony took place outside on the Grand Terrace with two tall floral arches that framed the couple as their wedding party stood at their sides. Cobalt Strings provided the ceremony music. The aisle was flanked by gorgeous flower arrangements. The outdoor late afternoon sunlight was just perfect for the fall ceremony and the post ceremony photos.
After the wedding vows, our team ushered their guests downstairs to the prefunction area outside of the Astor Ballroom. Here guests enjoyed cocktails, delicious appetizers while music was played by the Cobalt Strings Trio. During this time the newlyweds took photos at the ceremony site that would create memories to last a lifetime.
I love to work with the professional event team at the St. Regis Atlanta because they are extremely organized. Their team is detailed orienented, communicate promptly, and provide white glove service that our clients deserve. Our wedding day team collaborated with the St. Regia Atlanta by diligently following the meticulous timeline we created and managed all of the wedding vendors.
The Astor ballroom was designed and decorated to provide a classic and timeless wedding reception feel for the St. Regis Atlanta black tie wedding. The focal point was the long estate table for the wedding party which included beautiful, terracotta flower arrangements, tall candleabras, and votives created Andy Beach for Sejour Events. At the base in front of the estate table were large flower arrangements as well as on the stage for the DJ. The design was absolutely gorgeous!
Guest tables were decorated with the fall foliage palette of flower arrangements and candles. The white wedding cake was accented with terracotta flowers and orange and black butterflies which Natalie loves. Radial Entertainment provided DJ music during dinner and then turned it up for the dancing! I thought that it all came together so beautifully and captured the essence of Natalie and Anthony’s love story.
With our recommendation, Kevin Hursh Films was hired to capture the classic and timeless St. Regis Atlanta wedding. A priortity for Natalie and Anthony was to be able to look back and watch a film of their special day. The film included their special first look moments, their personalized details, and the fun celebration they had with their family and friends.
While I have full confidence with our experienced team’s ability to plan and manage weddings, hearing from our bride Natalie about her experience made the day even more special. Natalie kindly wrote an online Five Star review, “ Gloria is just a phenomenal wedding planner! I got married in October while working full time, applying to my MBA, and moving and she made everything so easy. Our wedding was everything I could have dreamed of and was actually chosen to be featured in a local magazine. Gloria is kind, well connected, remembers the little things, and is just a 10/10. I have already referred to her to another future bride. HIGHLY recommend.” Being able to convey this testiomonial from our bride to our team brings me so much joy! I know that we have provided the highest level of service to our couples, their families and their guests and that is what we love to do.
