St. Regis weddings we recommend that you have a venue and catering budget of at least $400 to $500 per guest which includes ceremony, cocktail hour with passed hors d’oeuvres, a three course plated meal or stations, bar service, tableside wine service, tableside bread service, wedding cake, champagne sabre, tables, chairs, linens, glassware, flatware and bar fronts, bar backs, dance floor and staging. I have found when planning weddings at St. Regis Atlanta, I recommend that you book the venue a year or more in advance if you would like a popular date. Popular dates are in the Spring or Fall. I also recommend that you book an experienced floral designer who can arrange for your florals and your rental items. Some rental items I suggest are the following: upgraded reception chairs, square guest tables, upgraded linens, upgraded bar fronts and backs, chargers, custom glassware, and pin spot lighting.
